But how to introduce these useful habits into your routine? Very simple, you need to START!
I did not come to charge right away. Began to study in the mornings, at first 3 times a week for 5 minutes. And gradually it turned into a daily 10-20 minute tradition.
I used to not like water, but now I can’t drink less than 1.5-2x liters of pure water per day.

You need to set a goal, really understand why you need it, and only then can you achieve the desired result. So I taught myself to get up at 6 in the morning every day and I feel great!
