Visualization is when you close your eyes and imagine yourself achieving your goals. The secret is that your subconscious mind completely obeys orders.

It cannot distinguish reality from fantasy and therefore makes you physically react as if it were actually happening.

You create a concrete picture of your goal in the conscious part of the mind, and then it transfers it to your subconscious, which later directs you to the goal.

Visualization affects many functions of your brain. This means that during it, your brain is training to act in reality.

Visualization enhances motivation, confidence and effectiveness, improves motor activity and prepares the brain to achieve the goal.


Visualization. HOW TO PRACTICE?

It’s requires regular practice in order to achieve the desired result.

Follow these steps:

  1. Relax
  2. Imagine what you will do
  3. Put yourself in this picture
  4. Take action

Use as many of the five possible senses as possible and imagine everything as detailed as possible.
